J. Scott Hagan

Principal

Mr. Hagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville School of Law. Mr. Hagan also has obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the National Association of Realtors and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Prior to founding Hagan Properties in 1996, Mr. Hagan practiced corporate and securities law for approximately 2 years and worked in all aspects of the shopping center development business in Louisville for approximately 10 years with Metts Company, NTS Development Corp. and THP Development Company in which he was a minority principal and which he later purchased and renamed Hagan Properties.

Wendy M. Hagan

Condominium Developer/Principal

Ms. Hagan attended Bellarmine College and has been involved in real estate for 15 years. Ms. Hagan has been employed at Hagan Properties since June, 2003. Ms. Hagan directs the development of Hagan Properties' condominium communities and mixed-use developments and currently is developing the condominiums at Providence Point.

Ms. Hagan is currently pursuing a CCIM designation which she expects to complete in 2008.

Jim Mims, PhD

Director of Development

Dr. Mims holds a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture and a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the College of Architecture at the University of Florida. Dr. Mims also earned a PhD in Urban and Public Affairs from the University of Louisville.

Prior to joining Hagan Properties in 2004, Dr. Mims was a principal with the design firm of Birch, Trautwein and Mims. During his 23 years as a planning and design consultant, Dr. Mims provided design and consulting services for real estate developers and local governments throughout Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. Dr. Mims is a Registered Landscape Architect, a Member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and a Real Estate Broker.

Sharon Gray

Director of Accounting and Human Resources/Principal

As Director of Accounting for Hagan Properties, Ms. Gray's department handles all of the accounting functions for the properties and their ownership entities.

In the 10 years Ms. Gray has directed the accounting functions for Hagan Properties, she has helped direct the growth of Hagan Properties from solely a shopping center developer through its expansion into apartment and condominium development.

Ms. Gray's employment prior to joining Hagan Properties was with various developers and property management organizations which provided various types of living accommodations in Louisville.

Tom Hackney

Director of Property Management

Mr. Hackney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Pittsburgh and has 30 years of experience in all aspects of commercial/residential real estate including acquisitions/dispositions, lending/mortgage banking, joint ventures, workouts, asset management and appraisals, largely on a national scale and entailing over $2,000,000,000 in transactions.

Before joining Hagan Properties in 1996, Mr. Hackney’s previous employers included Wachovia Bank, Pittsburgh National Bank/PNC, Bank of America and Westinghouse Financial Services.
