Providence Point is a 19 acre mixed-use development on Herr Lane at Kentucky Highway 22 across from Ballard High School in Louisville, KY. The development is zoned for 312 residential condominium units in 8 buildings and a mixed use building 3 stories in height with the first floor containing 46,000 square feet of retail and each of the second and third floors containing 46,000 square feet of offices. There are also 2 freestanding buildings. One of the freestanding buildings will be a single story 10,250 square foot building for restaurants and shops.
