Shadow Wood Towne Plaza
A 52 acre $50,000,000 ground up development which is zoned for a 510,000 square foot shopping center and 50 condominiums. Deals with anchors, subanchors, shops and outparcel users are actively being negotiated. Shadow Wood Towne Plaza is located at the northeast corner of I-65 and Outer Loop in Louisville, Kentucky.

Providence Point
Providence Point is a 19 acre mixed-use development on Herr Lane at Kentucky Highway 22 across from Ballard High School in Louisville, KY. The development is zoned for 312 residential condominium units in 8 buildings and a mixed use building 3 stories in height with the first floor containing 46,000 square feet of retail and each of the second and third floors containing 46,000 square feet of offices. There are also 2 freestanding buildings. One of the freestanding buildings will be a single story 10,250 square foot building for restaurants and shops. The other freestanding building will be 22,000 square foot office and will contain Hagan Properties' headquarters and a 5,000 square foot sales center for Hagan Properties' multi-family projects. Construction will commence in late 2008.

Chestnut Ridge
Chestnut Ridge is currently in the rezoning and approvals process and will feature 290 “Big House” style condominiums. Designed by Humphrey’s and Partners Architects of Dallas, Texas, Chestnut Ridge is located on Westport Road between Hurstbourne Lane and Springhurst Blvd. and is contiguous to E.P. “Tom” Sawyer State Park. Construction on this community is scheduled commence in mid-2009.
