Shopping Centers

  • Shelbyville Road Plaza (375,000 square feet): $45 million acquisition, renovation and expansion on Shelbyville Road in Louisville, Kentucky. The notable tenants are US Post Office, Buffalo Wild Wings, JoAnn Fabrics, Borders Books, Cost Plus World Market, Off Broadway Shoes and Feeders Supply.
  • Middletown Station (525,000 square feet): 65-acre, $40 million acquisition and redevelopment of this mall, located at English Station Road and Shelbyville Road in Louisville, Kentucky. Notable tenants are Walmart, Target, Buffalo Wild Wings, El Nopal and Ong’s Urgent Care. Deal’s with other tenant’s are actively being negotiated.
  • Poplar Creek Plaza (450,000 square feet) : 52 acre $30,000,000 ground up development at the northwest quadrant of I-64 and U.S. 127 in Frankfort, Kentucky, the notable tenants of which are Lowe's, Wal-Mart, Goody's Clothing, Shoe Carnival, 27,000 square feet of shops and 6 outparcels including Chili's, O'Charley's, Taco Bell, Steak 'N Shake, Fazoli's and Chevron.
  • TaylorHurst Shopping Center (62,000 square feet): 10-acre, $12 million ground-up development on South Hurstbourne Parkway in Louisville, Kentucky, the notable tenants of which are Lifeway Christian Store, Chuck E. Cheese, Home Run Burgers, JD Becker Superstore, and Mattress and More.
  • The Gardens At Hurstbourne (210,000 square feet) : 43 acre $35,000,000 ground up development on S. Hurstbourne Parkway in Louisville, Kentucky, the notable tenants of which are Lowe's Home Improvement, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Chili's Bar & Grill and Mimi's Cafe.
  • Shadow Wood Towne Plaza (510,000 square feet) : 52 acre $50,000,000 ground up development located at the northeast corner of I-65 and Outer Loop in Louisville, Kentucky, is zoned for a 490,000 square foot shopping center and 50 condominiums. Deals with anchors, subanchors, shops, and outparcel users are actively being negotiated.
  • Jeffersontown Commons (210,000 square feet) : 18 acre $20,000,000 redevelopment and joint venture with New Plan Excel Realty Trust, located on Taylorsville Road in Jeffersontown, Kentucky. The center, as redeveloped, has a 181,000 square foot existing building, a free-standing CVS Pharmacy and 27,000 square feet of new shops.
  • Sawyer Shops (24,000 square feet): 3.4-acre, $8-million ground-up development, located near the intersection of North Hurstbourne Parkway and Westport Road, contains two existing buildings of shops one at 17,700-square-feet and the other at 6,300-square-feet.

Apartments

  • The Paddock At Eastpoint (500 units): 33-acre, $52 million ground-up development is comprised of 298 apartment homes in Phase I and 202 apartment homes in Phase II. It is located on Factory Lane near the intersection of Gene Snyder Freeway and LaGrange Road in Louisville, KY.

Condominiums and Mixed Use

  • Chestnut Ridge (427 units): 25-acre development is currently in the rezoning and approvals process. Designed by Humphrey’s and Partners Architects of Dallas, Texas, Chestnut Ridge will have 427 luxury condominiums ranging in size from 650 square feet to 1,450 square feet. It is located on Westport Road between Hurstbourne Lane and Springhurst Boulevard and backs up to E.P. “Tom” Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Kentucky.
  • Providence Point (312 condominiums and 165,000 square feet of retail and office) : 19 acre development on Herr Lane at Highway 22 across from Ballard High School in Louisville, Kentucky. The development is zoned for 312 residential condominiums and a center piece mixed use building 3 stories in height with the first floor containing 46,000 square feet of retail and each of the second and third floors containing 46,000 square feet of offices. Outparcels are also available.
